Students who wish to withdraw from the enrolled program, must submit a written application clearly stating the reason for withdrawal. Such requests will be considered on merit and approved at MUJ’s discretion. Once the withdrawal request is approved, the applicable refund amount will be credited to the source bank account/credit card that was used to make the payment through the payment gateway.

Note: The application fee shall not be refunded.
Rejection of Admission
If an application is rejected due to not meeting the admission criteria or for any other reason, the fee will be refunded within 30 days from the date of rejection after deducting a processing fee of INR 1,000. The refund will be credited to the same bank account or credit card used for the original payment.
