Dr. Shilpi Chakravarty is currently working as an Associate Professor at Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE), Manipal University Jaipur. She is an academician, an author, a resource person, and a public speaker with 14+ years of experience. She has been a core member of the NAAC steering committee and likewise has successfully handled various academic and administrative responsibilities. Dr. Shilpi Chakravarty has authored 3 books and has presented more than 12 papers at some top conferences. She is a lifetime member of the All India Commerce Association. She also holds various certifications like MSME International Trade certification, Entrepreneurship, Supply Chain Management, and many more.

Dr. Avnish Vijay is Associate Professor, Program Coordinator of MBA, and Assistant Director at Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. He has been working in the education sector since 2000. Previously, he has worked in different capacities at national and international higher educational institutions. Dr. Vijay has Ph.D. in Management, UGC-NET, PGDM in Finance & IT, ME, and BE in Mechanical Engineering. Dr. Vijay has experience in teaching management courses in Finance, Operations, Strategic Management, and IT Management. He has a vast experience in institutional building activities.

Dr. Kasinathan. S is a Professor and Deputy Director at Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. He has over 13 years of experience in teaching management subjects and over seven years of experience in open and distance learning. He has graduated in commerce and has an MBA, M.Phil in Management, and doctorate in Human Resource Management. He is also a UGC-NET (Management) qualified professional. Dr. Kasinathan has attended 7 international and 11 national conferences and presented 18 papers. He has received several accolades, including Best Teacher Award from Rotary Club of Madras Mount, MaGEX Award of Excellence in Academic, Excellence in Teaching Award from Sikkim Manipal University, and Academic Excellence Award from Manipal University Jaipur.

Dr. Mehak Gulati is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE), Manipal University Jaipur. She completed her Ph.D. in Investment behaviour. She specializes in Economics, Financial Management, Mergers, Financial Accounting, Investment behaviour, and Banking. Dr. Mehak Gulati has over six years of teaching experience. She is a University topper and a gold medallist in her graduation, post-graduation, and Ph.D., She has presented multiple research papers at National and International Conferences, and to her credit are many research publications indexed in highly reputed journals.

Dr. David Campbell is an Assistant Professor - Management programs at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. He has expertise in Business Analytics, Machine Learning, and Research. He has been working in the education sector since 2014. Prior to joining academia, he worked in various capacities with renowned brands like Samsung, Whirlpool, and AkzoNobel in India. Dr. Campbell is UGC-NET qualified and holds a Ph.D. in Management, an MBA (Marketing), and a B.E. (Computer Science). Dr. Campbell has presented many research papers at conferences and seminars and published articles in reputed national and international journals.

Dr. D Pushpa Gowri is an Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) and Course Coordinator - commerce programs at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. She has done Ph.D. and has over 12 years of teaching experience. She has published research papers in UGC Journals and has presented papers at various conferences. She has handled both Commerce and Management subjects both for UG & PG courses and guided 150+ MBA projects. She has been conferred with 'Best Women Employee' from ISBR Bengaluru. She is a member of the Management Research Scholars Association CBSMS Bengaluru.

Dr. Durgesh Batra is currently working as an Professor - Management programs at Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. He holds Ph.D in Management and cleared UGC-NET. He completed MBA in Human Resource Management, MBA in Marketing, and M.Sc. in statistics. He has 18+ years of experience in various engineering and management institutes and universities in India and abroad, teaching courses in programs at Ph.D,, PG, and UG level. Hie teaches statistics, operation research, operation management, research methodology, digital marketing and other general marketing and management courses. He has mentored 3 Ph.D. scholars, published three patents, and published many papers.

Dr. Harendra Singh is currently working as Associate Professor and course coordinator- Managment programs at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. He has 13+ years of teaching experience and worked in several reputed Universities in India. He has taught courses like Financial Analytics, Financial Modeling, Financial Management, Derivatives and Risk Management, International Financial Management, and Financial Planning. He has published more than 20 research papers indexed in Scopus, Web of Sciences, and UGC-Care-listed journals. He rrganized several workshops on data analysis for scholars, faculty, and industry people. He supervised many master’s and undergraduate students in the various phases of their dissertations.

Dr. Jagriti Singh is currently working as an Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) at the Centre for Distance and Online Education at Manipal University Jaipur. She has done Bachelor of Engineering (B.E), Master of Business Administration (MBA), and Ph. D. Her area of research includes Marketing management, electronic commerce, Digital Marketing, Management Information Systems, and Artificial Intelligence. She has presented many papers at national and international conferences and won various Best Paper awards. During her academic career, she has been awarded the Best Teacher award. She has registered a patent for designing a machine learning model for local business vendors in advertising their offers.

Dr. Maani Dutt is currently working as an Assistant Professor, Senior Scale at Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. She has completed her B. Tech. (IT) and MBA (HR and Marketing) degrees. She is also a ph.D. holder, having over eight years of experience. She teaches subjects in the domain of marketing. She has attended workshops at IIM, Ahmedabad, and IIM, Indore. presented papaers at IIT, Delhi, and IIM, Raipur; and has publications in National, International, and SCOPUS indexed journals.

Dr. Surbhi Mathur is currently working as an Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. She currently handles Marketing Management, Retail Marketing, Retail Customer Relationship Management, and Retail Management. She completed her Ph.D. in consumer behaviour. Dr. Surbhi Mathur previously worked as a Subject Matter Expert in Finance and Accounting Processes at Infosys and later moved to academics where she held varied academic & administrative responsibilities. She has presented more than twenty research papers at international conferences and seminars. For her outstanding contribution towards academic excellence, she received the Young Teacher Award from Manipal University Jaipur in 2022.

Dr. Rajesh Handa is currently working as an Assistant Professor - Senior Scale in the Department of Management, Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. He has more than 15 years of experience in the academic field. He teaches courses like Data Science, Business Intelligence and Tools, and Data Analytics. Dr. Rajesh completed his doctorate in Management at Gujarat Technological University. He has participated in 35 induction/ orientation programs, refresher courses, workshops, FDPs, MDPs, CEPs, and STTPs from renowned institutes and universities in India. He has cleared UGC-NET Exam two times in Management. He has published and presented research papers in International and National Journals and Conferences.

Ms. Anadi Trikha is currently working as an Assistant Professor and Course Coordinator at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. Her area of specialization is Marketing. She has over 7 years of experience in academics and teaches subjects like Consumer Behaviour, Digital Marketing, Sales, and Brand Management. She is pursuing her Ph.D. in marketing from Rajasthan Technical University. She has published numerous articles and research papers on consumer behaviour in reputable journals and conferences. She is also an advanced-level innovation ambassador and is a member of the Institution Innovation Cell (IIC) at the Ministry of Education and a certified Start-up Mentor.

CS Arpita Agarwal is working as an Assistant Professor and Course Coordinator – Management programs at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. She has her master’s and bachelor's degrees in business administration, B.ED in Management, and is currently pursuing P.hD. in Management. CS Arpita Agarwal has more than 5 years of academic and industry experience. She teaches Company Laws, Business Laws, Organization and Management, Legal Aspects of Business, and Regulatory Framework of Business. She has published multiple research papers and articles in reputed journals and has attended multiple international conferences, workshops, and seminars.

Dr. Rohit Singh Tomar is currently working as an Associate Professor at Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. He has a Ph.D. in Management. MBA in Marketing, and is a UGC-NET qualified academician. He has 18 years of experience in teaching, research, and administration. He has 28 publications in refereed journals of national and international repute. He has conducted workshops, organized conferences and provided training services to Kendriya Vidhyalaya Sangathan. He has visisted many reputed institutions across India and countries like England and Bhutan for various academic assignments.

Dr. Preeti Nagar is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. She has done Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech- CS (Hons), Master of Business Administration in HR & Finance, and Ph.D. Her area of research includes Human Resource Practices, Turnover Intention, Organization behaviour, Employees Behaviour. She has publications in Scopus, WOS & ABDC indexed journals. She has presented many papers at national and international conferences and won Best Paper awards. She has participated in several seminars, conferences, workshops, and faculty development programs.

Dr. Aditi Dadhich is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Distance and Online Education Manipal University Jaipur. She has done Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Master of Business Administration (HR), M.Com, and Ph.D. Her area of research includes Comparison of derivative segment and trading environment of NSE and BSE. She has publications in reputed journals. She has presented many papers at national and international conferences and won Best Paper awards. She has participated in several seminars, conferences, workshops, and faculty development programs. She is also a certified stock market analyst.

Dr. Anil Singh Parihar serves as an Associate Professor in the Management at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University, Jaipur. He holds a PhD in management with an MBA and is UGC NET qualified. He has contributed to the academic domain through around 20 multidisciplinary research works and many book chapters published in multiple peer-reviewed journals. He conducted various workshops on research methodology in both physical and online modes and guided PhD scholars. He is an avid learner of advanced research analytics software tools and efficiently passes his knowledge to the scholars pursuing PhD under his supervision.

Dr. Deepika Singh Tomar is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Management department. She has almost eighteen years of rich academic experience. Her teaching and research area includes Behavioral Finance, Banking, and financial institutions, markets and services. Dr. Tomar has several research papers to her credit published in various national and international journals of good repute including Scopus and the Web of Science. She has authored a book titled “Smart Decisions: Leveraging Analytics for Strategic Marketing and Financial Growth", and edited 2 books.

Prof. Hariom Gujar (PhD) is an Associate Professor of Finance and Banking with a distinguished career spanning both academia and industry. With eight years of experience in top banking and investment firms and a decade in academia, he brings a wealth of practical financial expertise and theoretical insights. His research primarily focuses on the intersection of finance and artificial intelligence, exploring innovative methodologies to enhance financial decision-making, risk management, and investment strategies. Prof. Hariom holds a Ph.D., UGC NET, M.Com, and a Post Graduate certification from Indian Institute of Management, Indore, equipping him with a strong academic foundation and strategic insight. Passionate about bridging the gap between industry and academia, he actively mentors students, conducts impactful research, and contributes to the evolving landscape of finance and AI.

Dr. Mohit Totuka is an Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) and Course Coordinator for Management subjects at the Centre of Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. He holds a PhD in Behavioural Finance, along with an MCom in Accountancy and Business Statistics and an MBA in Finance. With over 10 years of academic experience, he specializes in Finance and Economics, teaching subjects like Management Accounting, Merchant Banking and Financial Services, and Project Finance and Budgeting. His research interests span across Behavioural Finance and broader areas of General Management, with a focus on the interplay between financial decision-making and organizational strategy.

Dr. Rohit Kumar Singh is an Assistant Professor in the Management department at the Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE), Manipal University Jaipur. He brings over eight years of teaching experience in subjects such as Economics, Market Research, Econometrics, and Business Statistics. Dr. Singh holds a PhD in Corporate Governance and has published several research papers in reputed journals, including those ranked "A" and "B" in the ABDC indexing and also listed in Scopus. He has also actively participated in prestigious international conferences organized by leading institutions.

Dr. Vandana is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur, where she contributes to academic delivery, program coordination, training, and academic operations. With over 12 years of experience in academia and industry, she brings a strong ability to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical applications. Prior to joining MUJ, she worked with several reputed academic institutions, showcasing her strengths in teaching, administration, and academic management. Earlier in her career, she held corporate roles with HDFC Bank and Reliance Mutual Fund, where she developed a solid foundation in finance and marketing. Dr. Vandana holds a Ph.D. in Management and an MBA with specializations in Finance and Marketing, and has published research papers in various national and international journals and conferences.

Ms. Urvashi Thapa is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. With a strong academic foundation and a student-centric approach, she is committed to fostering holistic development by integrating theoretical knowledge with practical insights. She holds a Master’s degree in Commerce with a specialization in Human Resource Management, along with a B.Ed., which enables her to create an engaging and effective learning environment. She is also UGC-NET qualified in Commerce and brings valuable industry exposure from her experience in auditing and accountancy. Ms. Sonali Singh Chauhan is currently serving as an Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. With over 8 years of teaching experience in higher education, she has been actively engaged in course delivery and coordination in subjects such as Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Financial Management. She holds an MBA with dual specializations in HRM and Finance and an M.Com in Business Administration, and is currently pursuing research in the area of Sustainable Human Resource Practices. Her academic and research interests include Strategic HRM, Banking, and Finance. Ms. Chauhan has published several research papers in reputed national and international journals, including Scopus-indexed publications. Dr. Supernova Chakraborty is currently serving as an Associate Professor for the Management department at the Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE), Manipal University Jaipur. She has over 17 years of teaching, research, and industry experience, with a degree of MBA, M. Phil, and Ph.D. She has a keen interest in Management research and has published several papers and book chapters in national and international journals of repute which include, Scopus and ABDC indexed journals. Dr. Chakraborty had also presented research papers at different national and international conferences and had received best research paper. She contributes as reviewer for several international peer-reviewed journal. She is specialized in Marketing, Data Analysis, and Research Methodology.

Mr. Gagan Gulati is currently serving as an Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. With over 11 years of academic experience, he brings extensive expertise in teaching and curriculum development. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Human Resource Management, a BBA, and is UGC-NET qualified in Management.Mr. Gulati has published research papers in reputed national and international journals and has actively participated in various seminars and conferences at both national and international levels. He has also completed Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) at premier institutions such as IIM Shillong, IIT Roorkee, and IIITM Gwalior. A committed academician, he is a life member of the All India Management Association (AIMA), the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), and the Chandigarh Management Association (CMA). Dr. Shweta Gakhreja is an Assistant Professor and Course Coordinator - Management programs at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. She specializes in Strategic Human Resource Management, OD and change management, Organizational Culture, Leadership, and Emotional Intelligence. She has 12+ years of teaching, research, and corporate experience. Dr. Shweta is UGC NET Qualified and holds Ph.D. from Mohan Lal Sukhadia University. She is a university topper and a gold medalist in her postgraduation. She has presented multiple research papers at National and International Conferences, and to her credit are many research publications indexed in highly reputed journals.

Dr. Bharti is Assistant Registrar and Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) at the Centre for Distance and Online Education (Business Management), Manipal University Jaipur. She has experience working in academia and industries for more than 13 years. Her academic interest is in teaching marketing, consumer behavior, management process and organizational behaviour, and advertising & sales. She is involved in writing books, editing book chapters, and conducting online training programs. Dr. Bharti has articles published and presented at reputed national and international journals and conferences and authored a book on Learning Pedagogy in Higher Education.

Dr. Neelu Jain is Assistant Registrar and Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) at the Centre for Distance and Online Education at Manipal University Jaipur. She has done Ph.D., B.A., M.A., MBA, and M.Phil. She has 12+ years of experience in academics. She has participated in several seminars, conferences, workshops, and faculty development programs. She has publications in indexed journals and delivered guest lectures. She is also a member of the ISPELL Jaipur Forum and a member of the ELTAI Jaipur, Rajasthan Chapter.
